Jason Montero Jason’s experience with virtual teamwork and distance collaboration is both wide and deep: having worked in fields as diverse as Distance Education, Freelance Editing and Design, and Commercial Audio Production.

As Phil’s brother and colleague, Jason has been with You Can Work From Anywhere in one capacity or another since its inception. He has recently adopted a more significant role developing training materials, co-leading workshops, and refining the tools and strategies which comprise The Anywhere Office™.

Jason brings a conceptual understanding of distributed work as well as real world experience both participating in and coordinating virtual teams in a variety of industries.

Business Strategist and Management Consultant

Kimberly has over 13 years of management, operations and finance/accounting experience. Her projects have included creating and implementing ecommerce websites, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and improving virtual team management.

She has managed and created comprehensive Policy and Procedure manuals as well as worked with companies defining job expectations, employee responsibilities and performance standards. She also has extensive experience reengineering standard operating procedures and operational workflow.

Kimberly frequently works with entrepreneurs and web start ups helping them focus their ideas and formulate solid business plans to grow their businesses more effectively.
